Feeding
leveling machine is determined for leveling of the
metal belt unwound from a coil and at the same times
its accurate feeding to the technology press tool.
Feeding leveling machine may operate as independent
machine either from left or right side of the press
and requires firm mechanical connection of simple structure
with eccentric press. It is designed particularly for
work on a line composed of: rewinder, feeding leveling
machine, press, thus creating a line operating in automatic
mode.
Controlling of the feeding leveling machine is designed
by means of a free-standing control panel. Display
of the control panel shows also auxiliary text messages
and error messages. It has a prepared inlet for connection
of a sensor controlling exact feeding of the material
in the press tool.
Drive is assured by means of a LENZE servomotor
and servo-converter. Electrical circuits are prepared
for cooperation of machines on an automated line
and also for connection of a safety circuit for Central
stops.
